JOANN SWANSON, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?

Do we all remember Joann Swanson!!??  Love her stuff in the old "Nutshell News"  I have the old magazines and won't get rid of them, they are the miniaturist's bible, (no blasphemy intended).  Well, I was Googling around and found that she's on blogspot!!

  2. I read Joann's blog regularly. Like Kris', her projects look great and are very affordable. We had 25 people make a version of Joann's Easter/Halloween peddler's cart (see her April and September 2011 posts), and it was a huge success. Joann designed an English souvenir shop for NAME in (I think) 2010 that was published in consecutive issues of the organization's Miniature Gazette. I'd rather read about great ideas for things I can make than read about expensive (even if they ARE exquisite) miniatures to buy.
